{"id":3076,"date":"2021-10-06T14:05:00","date_gmt":"2021-10-06T06:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/counselor2.sa.ntnu.edu.tw\/?page_id=3076"},"modified":"2025-06-17T15:12:35","modified_gmt":"2025-06-17T07:12:35","slug":"introduce-2-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/counselor.sa.ntnu.edu.tw\/en\/introduce-2-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Student Adviser's Role in the NTNU Advising System<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsibilities of Student Advisers :<br>1.Promote student affairs in accordance with relevant regulations and under instruction \nof the deans and the chairs.<br>2.Attend student affairs meetings, counseling meetings, and trainings.<br>3.Keep in contact with the departments and parents, understand family and personal \nbackgrounds, be familiar with learning resources, and provide students with guidance \nor referral when needed.<br>4.Utilize intramural and extramural resources to strengthen primary prevention for at-risk students.<br>5.Conduct student assessment and implement punishment and reward based on the \ndecision of the Student Disciplinary Committee.<br>6.Supervise students to complete the Guidance and Counseling Information System and \nE-portfolio.<br>7.Provide assistance in facilitating physical and mental assessments for students.<br>8.Implement education on college orientation and university regulations, promote \nholistic education, and encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities.<br>9.Handle student leave and emergencies.
